The Difference Between a Christmas Cookie and a Holiday Cookie

When I was a kid, this time of year was marked with cheers of "Merry Christmas," we sent and received Christmas cards, decorated Christmas trees, and when we were let out of school from mid-December the beginning of January it was called "Christmas vacation."

It doesn't even seem like a generation has passed (I'm about to turn 31) and liberals' insatiable appetite to ruin everything they touch has obliterated from the public lexicon the very reason for this season by replacing "Christmas" with "Holiday."

Instead of redefining it why can't we have a clear definition of each? For instance...

This is a Christmas cookie...

and this is a "Holiday" cookie...

Just a suggestion...
